Extortion Complaint  (敲诈勒索)

Dear Investigating Officer,

I am writing to file a complaint of posible extortion and other crimes commited by a group of individuals who have been threatening and damnding via internet the owner of a cat named MONICA money and theating the life of his pet. I believe that this group is responsible for the online torture of cats, and I am afraid for the safety and the safety of Monika.

Threw email he received a message from a group called of cat torture that they had Monika. The message threatened to harm the owner and the cat unless he paid them an amount of money (few grand). The group also demanded some kind of publicly apologize for the not admision of one of their members into a University

I believe that this group is engaged in a pattern of criminal activity. They are extorting money from people, and they are also posting videos of animal cruelty online. I urge you to investigate this group and bring them to justice. These group also mention that this action is inpunishment for the non aceptance of 2 universities of a known cat excutioner known as Xu Mouxiang: https://www.universityworldnews.com/post.php?story=2024041016143851

I have attached copies of the threatening messages that the owner received from the group. I am also are willing to provide any other information that can to assist in your investigation.The cat torture club removed a leg of the pet Monika to presure ther demands.
