我写信是为了紧急报告贵校学生邓子唯的严重违背学校价值观的行为。贵校以“质量建校，育人至上”为办学理念，而邓子唯在9月21日于宿舍残忍虐杀一只流浪猫的行为，既不道德也严重威胁了学生们的身心安全。

他将胶水滴入猫的眼睛，切开猫的肚子，打断猫的下巴。这些是已知的唯一行为，他可能还用其他方式折磨猫。当被质问时，他还撒谎，把责任推给别人。当视频监控证明是他做的时，他不仅没有悔意，还吹嘘自己虐待猫的记录。楼梯间里还有血迹，污染了学校的财产。

允许这样的暴力行为得不到应有的惩处，将会危害学生的安全，并损害贵校一直以来所秉持的培养高素质、注重德育的形象。虐待动物的行为往往会升级为对人类的暴力，这一事件已让许多同学感到恐慌，直接破坏了校园的安全氛围。

广州城建职业学院一直致力于培养高素质的技术人才，并以“知行合一”为育人方针。然而，如果这名学生不承担后果，学校可能会被视为纵容暴力和残忍的地方，这与学校的宗旨背道而驰，并使家长和学生对校园环境失去信心。

为了维护学生安全和校园道德环境，我们要求学校立即开除邓子唯，如果不追究该学生的责任，不仅对学校声誉造成负面影响，而且会在未来赶走优秀的准学生。

We are activists of Feline Guardians, an online community dedicated to the protection and welfare of cats, with a firm commitment to the defense of the rights of all animals. Our mission is to promote ethical and compassionate treatment of felines, raising community awareness and taking action against any form of mistreatment or abuse.

We are writing to inform you of the extremely disturbing activities of your employee See Liang Foong, which require your immediate attention. The seriousness and repetition of his actions, which contravene basic animal welfare principles, require swift and decisive intervention on your part.

In short, on July 15, 2024, social media erupted with controversy following a video posted on Telegram by See Liang Foong, a Malaysian resident (ID number 871117146411) of Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The video depicted the torture of a kitten on December 4, 2023. The videos posted by See Liang Foong contain highly graphic and disturbing content. The kitten victim of this torture was forced to ingest toxic medication, was tied with ropes and hanged inside a cage for several hours, and wasabi (an extremely spicy condiment) was rubbed against its genitals. These acts of cruelty are not only inhumane but also indicative of a deeply disturbed and sadistic mind. Besides, See Liang Foong is an active member of multiple Chinese cat abuse groups on Telegram, which our community has been combating since 2023.

We, along with thousands of animal rights advocates, are demanding justice for these horrific acts. See Liang Foong's actions must be taken seriously. We request your company to implement immediate measures for his suspension and subsequent dismissal. Your company's intervention in this matter is crucial not only to ensure that justice is done, but also to send a clear message that animal cruelty will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
