January 13, 2024. Turkish police arrested ‘C31K’.
January 14, 2024. After 5 people from 'C31K' were arrested, their fellow members in the online community uploaded a cat video playing a cat being stuffed in a bottle. Our volunteers have verified that this was produced by a member of the Chinese cat torture ring who goes by the name Qingtian (‘Sunny’).
